Sally Stitt
Principal

Sally Stitt’s marketing and media expertise in has been developed over thirty years of working with local, regional and national companies. The combination of Ms. Stitt’s eclectic experience with advertisers of all sizes and the responsibilities of founding and running her own company provides a unique perspective to safe-keep her clients’ business interests and media budgets.

Before opening Star Media in 1982, Ms. Stitt was Executive Vice President and Director of Media Services for Cuneo Sullivan Dolabany, a regional full-service advertising agency.

Ms. Stitt’s graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell with a Fine Arts Degree in Music in 1968. In addition, she has attended courses at Harvard Graduate School of Business and Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business.



Stephanie Caruso
Executive Vice President and Director of Research

Stephanie Caruso manages all marketing and media research at Star Media, including personnel training, program evaluation and acquisition, as well as planning and buying on a variety of accounts.

Prior to joining Star Media, Ms. Caruso was Assistant Broadcast Director for King’s Department Stores where she supervised media buying, developing and coordinating, and executing co-op advertising programs with vendors and broadcast media outlets.

Ms. Caruso holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Massachusetts College of Art and Master of Fine arts from Boston University.



Alison Colby
VP/Media Director

Ms. Colby is responsible for media planning, supervising all buying for a variety of Star Media clients.

Prior to joining Star Media, Ms. Colby was Media Director and Account Supervisor for Stal-McLane, Inc., Manchester New Hampshire, where her responsibilities included media planning and buying for a diverse base of national, regional, and local businesses; and she was Media Director at Daniel F. Sullivan, Inc., in Boston.



Marlene Steiner
Senior Broadcast Buyer

Ms. Steiner specializes in radio and cable television She supervises radio and cable television buying and negotiating added value for a variety of Star Media’s national, regional and local accounts.

Prior to joining Star Media, Ms. Steiner was Supervisor for Audits & Surveys in New York.



Pamela Fitzgerald
Account Supervisor

Ms. Fitzgerald performs selected media buying in overload situations. Prior to joining Star Media, Ms. Fitzgerald was Director of Marketing and Advertising for S.R. Weiner & Associates, where she managed marketing, advertising and public relations programs for Pheasant Lane Mall, Nashua, New Hampshire; Meadow Glen Mall, Medford, Massachusetts; Maine Mall, Portland, Maine; and Avon Shopping Center, Windsor, Connecticut. In addition, Ms. Fitzgerald was a Business Development Associate for LRC International PLC, in London.

Ms. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Boston College.



Marie Zimmardi
Media Buyer

Ms. Zimmardi’s responsibilities at Star Media include print analysis and print buying, and supervising invoice verification.

Previously, Ms. Zimmardi worked as Public Service Director/Office Manager for WZLX-FM in Boston, where she managed the station’s public service commitment, allocating and scheduling public service announcement inventory. Ms. Zimmardi was also Assistant to General Manager for Continental Cablevision and Client Service Representative for McBer & Company, a management consulting firm.
